Emergency Response
At Craft HR, we have demonstrable experience in Emergency Response Work
The success of any emergency response is based on the ability to quickly recruit, train and develop a workforce to meet the manpower demands of the crisis. At Craft HR we have demonstrable experience in Emergency Response Work. During the Ebola Response in Sierra Leone, Craft HR was the preferred outsourced HR company charged with the task of developing a workforce for the Hastings Airfield Ebola Centre and the Kerry Town Ebola Centre. We worked with our partners ASPEN MEDICAL and SAVE THE CHILDREN to develop an HR and Facilities Management infrastructure for the Ebola Treatment Centres (ETCs). Craft HR also has an in-house catering team which provided catering services for staff and patients.
Part of our response and on going project included supporting our client Crown Agent and the International Procurement Agency then Caipa with outsource HR services for the Free Health Care Project.
At Craft HR, we have a robust database of response staff including doctors, nurses, hygienists, psychosocials, as well as facilities management teams which include logisticians, electricians, carpenters, cooks, plumbers, and drivers, all trained to work in emergency response environments/situations.
