Over the years, we have run a series of internship programs which has led to long-term employment. Our development programs are robust and most of our interns have been absorbed within Craft HR and have also been able to secure long term employment with some of our partners.

Over the past two (2) years, we have collaborated with The Warehouse by Evoque to provide hospitality training and mentorship to young people. Over 60 trainees have gone through this program and upon successful completion, ~90% have been able to secure employment opportunities in the hospitality industry..
